Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients:
● 2 boxes vanilla pudding
● 1 med. Cool Whip
● 1 box graham crackers
● 1 container fudge frosting


Directions:
Make pudding according to directions. Mix together the pudding and cool whip. Layer graham crackers to cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Spread 1/3 of the pudding mixture onto the graham crackers. Repeat the layering 2 more times and then top with one more layer of graham crackers. Melt the frosting slightly in the microwave and then pour over the top of the graham crackers. Chill for at least 4 hours.

    Oh my word! Someone made this for my uncle’s funeral lunch and none of us could find the recipe. We were all fighting over the last piece :) Now I can surprise everyone at our family reunion with it!

  3. I have made this many times, and it’s always a hit! My husband has even requested it for his birthday. :) It’s a great make-a-head dessert, and it’s definitely a 10/10. =)

    My aunt makes this dessert all the time! It’s good made with pistachio pudding as well.
