Brown sugar</span></span><br /><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp;&nbsp;● 4 Boneless pork chops</span></span><br /><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></span><br /><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;">Directions:</span></span><br /><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;">Heat oven to 500°. Line a shallow metal roasting pan with aluminum foil &#8211; DO not use glass at this high temp! Lightly grease the foil with a little oil. Heat oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat until hot. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until it begins to soften. Don&#8217;t let it get brown. Remove from heat, stir in brown sugar until well blended. Set aside. Place pork chops on the pan and spread the garlic mixture evenly over the chops Bake for 10-15 minutes or until pork chops are fork-tender and juices tun clear.</span></span></p>
